Uscita di circa 70km: ci si sta avvicinando all’obiettivo delle tappe di settembre come chilometraggio, ed in quest’allenamento abbiamo aumentato i ritmi con 21 km/h di media e velocità di crociera spesso vicina ai 25km/h!
